RFDMS is an online, web-based application designed and developed by ACS Group that helps CHS Cenex manage the delivery and tracking of liquefied propane fuel railcar shipments from refinery to storage locations where it is then delivered to customers throughout the Northwest. The system tracks and manages Detention, Demurrage and Switch events to miminize fees and charges associated with railcar fuel delivery. The system includes a batch processing of payment function as well as extensive reporting.
In addtional RFMS manages Inventory of fuel by Location by tracking and managing both the fuel in via railcar and fuel delivered to its various distribution facilities via tanker trucks.
